In this weekly 60-minute vinyasa class, we come together virtually to breathe, flow, and stretch. All of my classes are beginner-inclusive, with plenty of options for different preferences and energy-levels.
Every month I choose a loose theme to build around. Our January 2026 focus is shoulders and neck. This time of year it sometimes feels like we decide to carry the whole world: we’ll do it all, we’ll change ourselves wholesale from one day to the next. Needless to say, this can create some tensions. Yoga is there to loosen that up a bit.
You will build strength and bodily awareness at your own pace, wherever you start from. The classes are exercise and you should come prepared to challenge yourself and move. But you are in charge of the intensity, and I will help you stay in charge throughout.
