60 minutes livestream yoga class: July focus is shoulders and neck

In this weekly 60-minute vinyasa class, we come together virtually to breathe, flow, and stretch. All of my classes are beginner-inclusive, with plenty of options for different preferences and energy-levels.

Every month I choose a loose theme to build around. Our July 2026 focus is shoulders and neck. The shoulder is (maybe) the most complicated joint in our body: it is certainly one of the most vulnerable. The mobility we need in our shoulders exposes the joint to all kinds of misuse and disalignment. We will learn to protect the mobility with strength, to lean into flexibility with an eye to what matters, and to reach further than we thought possible.

You will build strength and bodily awareness at your own pace, wherever you start from. The classes are exercise and you should come prepared to challenge yourself and move. But you are in charge of the intensity, and I will help you stay in charge throughout.
