60 minutes livestream yoga class: June focus is balance

In this weekly 60-minute vinyasa class, we come together virtually to breathe, flow, and stretch. All of my classes are beginner-inclusive, with plenty of options for different preferences and energy-levels.

Every month I choose a loose theme to build around. Our June 2026 focus is balance. At the most basic physical level, yoga teaches us balance through bodily awareness and strengthening. But there are other levels too. As we become more aware of our bodies, it becomes easier for us to feel when we are not in balance: when something is “off”. We learn to think of balance as something we constantly must adjust for, something that depends as much on our own reactions as on the outside stimuli that caused them. We will stay anchored through breath throughout.

You will build strength and bodily awareness at your own pace, wherever you start from. The classes are exercise and you should come prepared to challenge yourself and move. But you are in charge of the intensity, and I will help you stay in charge throughout.
