60 minutes livestream yoga class: June focus is balance.
In this weekly 60-minute vinyasa class, we come together virtually to breathe, flow, and stretch. All of my classes are beginner-inclusive, with plenty of options for different preferences and energy-levels.
Every month I choose a loose theme to build around. Our June 2025 focus is balance: the physical element of ankle and wrist strength, the awareness we place in moving our center of gravity. But also, and simultaneous, balance of mind and body, balance in our lives. We will return to that awareness and (re)learn to be present in our bodies and with ourselves.
You will build strength and bodily awareness at your own pace, wherever you start from. The classes are exercise and you should come prepared to challenge yourself and move. But you are in charge of the intensity, and I will help you stay in charge throughout.
