60 minutes livestream yoga class: April focus is core
In this weekly 60-minute vinyasa class, we come together virtually to breathe, flow, and stretch. All of my classes are beginner-inclusive, with plenty of options for different preferences and energy-levels.
Every month I choose a loose theme to build around. Our April 2026 focus is core. Core can mean many things in yoga asana practice. Breath is core to moving with care. The wraparound muscles that protect our middle and enable our movement is also known as “core”. And then, of course, there are the elements which are core to individual poses: the important things, the sine qua non. We will lean into all of it.
You will build strength and bodily awareness at your own pace, wherever you start from. The classes are exercise and you should come prepared to challenge yourself and move. But you are in charge of the intensity, and I will help you stay in charge throughout.
