Wake up to the present!
Mindfulness meditation and asana practice. We will start with 15 minutes of guided mindfulness meditation, then move into a 40 minute all-round asana flow to gently wake up the body, and finish with 5 minutes in silent savasana or seated meditation. No prior experience of meditation or asana practice is needed.
