60 minutes livestream yoga class: March focus is feet and legs
In this weekly 60-minute vinyasa class, we come together virtually to breathe, flow, and stretch. All of my classes are beginner-inclusive, with plenty of options for different preferences and energy-levels.
Every month I choose a loose theme to build around. Our March 2026 focus is feet and legs. Sometimes it’s just about the foundation we stand on: how to keep our balance when the earth feels like it is moving, how to stretch and strengthen to move about the world with care.
You will build strength and bodily awareness at your own pace, wherever you start from. The classes are exercise and you should come prepared to challenge yourself and move. But you are in charge of the intensity, and I will help you stay in charge throughout.
